Hi, I’m Tiffany Rosengrant, PMU Artist & Owner of Aesthetic Thrill. I’ve taken a not so normal route to get to where I ​am today, and I love every moment of it! For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to be an Artist. If you asked me ​when I was five what I wanted to be when I grew up I would reply very confidently with “an Artist.” I just didn’t know I ​would become a Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist working in a private studio that that I painted pink (I actually ​hated the color pink when I was 5). I’ve always loved drawing, learning, and doing anything artsy and crafty which ​has led me through life picking up more hobbies and skills than I can count. Along that journey I dipped my toes in ​the tattoo industry as a tattoo apprentice back in my mid 20's. In my early 30's I dated a professional tattoo artist, ​who worked in and out of multiple shops.

In 2019 I moved to from Colorado to Florida where I decided I would focus on my other love music and concentrate ​on building my DJ business. COVID happened, then somewhere along the way a friend told me about permanent ​makeup and my interest peaked! In 2021 I received my first Certificates of Achievement in the most natural ​techniques of PMU from j'adore as a Microblading Artist, & PMU Ombré Artist. I also have Certificates of Completion ​in Saline Tattoo Removal Technique, Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Training, and am Licensed in the state ​of Florida with the Health Department as a PMU/Tattoo Artist, PMU/Tattoo Establishment Owner, and for Biomedical ​Waste. My Permanent Makeup Studio Aesthetic Thrill (previously located in South Daytona) is licensed with the state ​of Florida and City of New Smyrna Beach. For now I’m the only artist in my studio, therefore to allow me to spend ​personalized attention and time with my clients I’m only open by appointment. Do you have thin, sparse, light, or no eyebrows that leave you ​feeling in a state of lack and wanting more? PMU could be a good ​fit for you! There’s a lot of miss information out there about PMU. I ​have a good friend who once told me that she doesn’t have any ​tattoos, and she had previous PMU done (by someone else) on her ​eyebrows. I had to give her a spoiler alert and let her know that ​permanent makeup is actually a tattoo. She couldn’t believe it, and ​I could not believe that the artist working on her didn’t educate ​her about it. I take pride and joy in educating my clients. Because ​there can be so many questions running through your mind (and I ​want to keep this page shorter than an entire book) we go over it ​all at your initial consultation.

At your consultation, which is typically booked a week prior to your procedure I ​cover a lot. I want you to know what PMU is, what it’s not, and what you can ​expect by the time you leave. If you’re feeling 100% confident and comfortable ​about going through with the procedure then at the end of your appointment ​we’ll schedule your procedure for a week or so later. Why do I do this? Because it’s ​a tattoo on your face! I don’t want to pressure you into something you’re not ​ready for, take all your money, and have you leave unhappy. If you have any ​hesitation before leaving my studio from your consultation then we don’t ​schedule your procedure, and I give you time to think about it. When you are ​ready to get it done we’ll schedule your procedure.

What else happens at your consultation? Well I listen to what you want, go over ​risk factors, explain the differences in styles and techniques, and go over which ​technique is best for you. During your consultation I use various techniques to ​map out your brows and find a shape, and pigment color for your eyebrows that ​flatters your face (and make sure you like it too). I take pictures and document ​what technique, shape, and color we’ve decided together on, and go over what ​not to do prior to or after your procedure. When you come back in for your ​scheduled procedure we pickup where we left off and remap out your brows to ​your wanted shape. I’ll apply numbing cream to make you comfortable prior to ​begining, and a specially formulated secondary numbing during and throughout ​the procedure, so it doesn’t hurt!
